I want to tell you just how much my daughters and I LOVE Minnieland at Harrisonburg. I enrolled my oldest daughter when I relocated to the Valley. She was 7 months old at the time. I felt so at ease with the staff and my daughter had a wonderful time. I have lots of photographs and art work that are cherished memories of her time in the infant and toddler rooms. Not soon after, you welcomed my second daughter into the infant room.  I have one child in the 'school-agers' before and after care, and one in the pre-k program. My oldest is attending Summer Camp this year and is so excited about the many field trips and activities that you have planned. I am a single mom and have a very demanding job. Because I know my children are well-cared for, loved and learning, it is simply one less thing that I have to worry about. I have referred many people to Minnieland over the years and will continue to do so. Thank you so much for all that you do for all of the children who attend Minnieland.

Thank you for all you do to make the program at Minnieland as successful as the program is. Minnieland Academy at Harrisonburg is the best childcare and preschool program in town! A Harrisonburg Family

For the past four years, Minnieland of Harrisonburg has provided a safe, nurturing, enriching, and well-structured learning environment for my son.   The classrooms and overall facility are clean, bright, and cheery with lots of engaging activities and age-appropriate playgrounds outside.  Academically, I've been very impressed with how much the children learn.   It's wonderful to have your child come home talking about things such as how the class planted a garden; what they made for their weekly cooking project; detailed characteristics of animals;  new words they learned to say in Spanish; not to mention the many songs they sing.  The Minnieland of Harrisonburg teaching staff are excellent.  They provide kindness, attention, and have been extremely successful in encouraging my son's love of learning.  I am confident these positive feelings will serve him well throughout life.

Minnieland is one of the best things that has ever happened to our family. The staff is friendly and caring, going out of their way to ensure the best experience for all students, and the teachers make meaningful connections with each of the students. My three year old has been blossoming in the Montessori setting - singing songs in Spanish is one of his favorite things to do. When asked about what his favorite part of preschool is, he responds "learnin new things!" In addition, the teachers for my 5 month old treat him like he is one of their own children. In all, the organization, structure, and family atmosphere are exactly what OUR family needs, and I'm excited for my kids to grow up there!
