My name is Sheila Y. Harrell, and I would like to introduce myself as your Director. I am from Virginia and I have a wonderful son named Solomon. He is 22 years old. Most of my family lives in the area. I love to sing and listen to music and I enjoy reading.
I attended Northern Virginia Community College where I earned a Child Development Associates Certificate (CDA). I have served in the field of early childhood education as a management trainer and a curriculum developer.
I chose to work in this field to help build a solid foundation for children as they grow and learn. My favorite part of the day is interacting with people whether they be teachers, parents, or children. I want parents who leave my center to know their child is safe, nurtured, and engaged in learning.
