At Minnieland, we understand the need for a quality, enriching, before and after school care program.
We meet that need in two ways. Our School Age Care (SAC) program is available in our Minnieland centers and in school sites throughout Prince William and Spotsylvania County. School age children need a supportive environment that will set the tone for the start of their school day, as well as give them an outlet for their energy at its end. |

The morning session consists of quiet activities such as reading, table toys and games, followed by a healthy breakfast. Time is scheduled for the children to organize their school materials, as well as themselves, prior to their departure to class. The afternoon begins with a snack and outdoor playtime. A supervised homework time follows. Arts and craft projects, games, cooking activities, and organized club time round out the afternoon. You can count on Minnieland to be in session before and after school daily, even during teacher workdays, snow days, and early dismissal days. A holiday camp program is planned during winter and spring break.
