Arrival
As the children arrive at the center, the morning consists of quiet activities such as reading, table toys, art projects and cooperative games.
Breakfast
A healthy meal is provided that meets the USDA Guidelines. This is a wonderful time for the children to socialize with each other before leaving for school.
Team Time
An opportunity for the children to come together as a group and discuss topics that relate to conflict resolution.
School Time
Soon it is time for the children to organize their school materials and get ready for departure for school.
Afternoon Snack
A self-serve afternoon snack is available for the children as they return from school. Followed by outdoor play which provides the children with much needed physical activities.
Homework Time
Supervised homework time allows the children
quiet time to work on school assignments. Small group activities can also be offered at this time. Some examples: Arts and Crafts Projects, Games and Cooking Activities.
Organized Club Time
This rounds out the afternoon. Activities include: Book Clubs, Sports Clubs and
