Baby Steps - Daycare for Infants
What Baby Steps Parents Say...
"Our daughter has been enrolled in the Infant program since she was 8 weeks old. The teachers in the infant room are incredible. The center itself and each classroom are exceptionally clean and organized."
" We have had our first child in your program since she was 3 months old and we could not be happier. It’s more than just a daycare, it’s a head-start on her education - she has learned so much!"
Benefits of Baby Steps
No one knows your baby as well as you. Minnieland is committed to fostering a relationship with you that is built on trust and open communication. As a parent in the Baby Steps program you will be given daily communication about your child's day.
A Primary Caregiver
You will have peace of mind knowing that your infant will have a primary caregiver who will build a loving relationship with him or her. Babies typically stay with their primary teacher for a full 12 months before moving to the next classroom. This allows plenty of time for bonds to be formed between the teacher and child. We provide a maximum ratio of four to one to ensure there are many opportunities for one-on-one time with each infant.
Individualized Learning Experiences
Your infant's specifically trained teachers design individual lesson plans specifically for your child that support emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. This promotes brain development and allows your baby to learn about his or her world.
Sign Language and Baby Yoga
In our Baby Steps program, your baby will be introduced to the basics of American Sign Language, and elements of Baby Yoga. Periodic assessments will give you the opportunity to evaluate your baby’s growth and progression, and to share in the joy as he or she reaches the next stage of development.
A Loving Environment
We truly believe your child will learn best in a loving environment. We implement this philosophy into everything we do, from the materials in the classroom to loving interactions. In our Baby Steps program, your infant will take his or her first steps down the path to a lifetime of learning.
