Enroll your child at Minnieland Private Day School

We are excited that you have decided to become a part of the Minnieland family. You are taking the first step towards preparing your child for an educational experience that will help them to grow socially, emotionally and intellectually.

After completing the enrollment form, please print it, have it notarized, and bring it with you to the center in which your child will be enrolling. In addition, you will need to bring with you your child's shot records and your child's original birth certificate.

The remainder of the items needed can be obtained from the center. These items include:
